Buy the TPC18 Twist Dress sewing pattern from Trend Patterns. Twists and knots were a big trend seen during New York, London, Milan and Paris fashion weeks. This design has been inspired by a range of these catwalk looks.

The Twist Dress comes with two front variations – you can make the twist off to the side, or in the centre front, and the back remains the same. Both provide suitable day to night dresses depending on the fabrication.

Note: Trend Patterns are suited to a more confident maker.

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Suggested fabrics: Light to medium weight wovens. Crepe, shirting, cottons.

Fabric requirements: All based on size 22.

Side twist: 140 cm wide fabric: 270 cm // 120 cm wide fabric: 315 cm.

Centre front twist: 140 cm wide fabric: 235 cm.

Sizing: UK 8 – 22. Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements. Note: Does not include size 6.

Notions: Fusing; concealed zip, 61 cm.

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4 print-at-home pattern (63 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (4 sheets).
